About Us

Tres Hermanos was established in 1987 by three brothers. When they were younger Alvin, George and Jorge loved the home cook, authentic food their mother made for them. When they grew older they dreamed of creating a restaurant that would incorporate her recipes into a classy setting. Set in the Santa Clarita hills Tres Hermanos sits just 4 miles from where it all began.

Executive Chef

Don Rodregiez has been at Tres Hermanos for 15 years as the Executive Chef. He studied at Escoffier Culinary in Austin, TX then went on to be a sous chef at Jean Georges Steakhouse in Las Vegas. He has worked at two Michelin star restaurants Woods Hill Pier and Ostra in Boston, MA before coming to be apart of the Tres Hermanos familia.
